Copyright & IP Policy

Who owns what, and how to report infringement.

Last updated 28 July 2026

Template — not legal advice. This is a plain-language starting point for the NRINest preview. It has not been reviewed by a qualified solicitor; have it reviewed and adapted for your jurisdiction before relying on it.

We respect intellectual property and expect our users to do the same. This policy explains ownership and how to report content that infringes your rights.

Our IP

The NRINest name, logo, brand, software, design, database and original content are owned by NRINest or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, database and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, frame, or create derivative works from them except as these Terms allow.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you post and grant us the limited licence described in the Terms to operate and promote the Platform. Only post content you have the right to use.

Reporting infringement (takedown)

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to our contact address with: your details; identification of the work and the infringing material (with URL); a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised; a statement that your notice is accurate; and your signature. We’ll review, and where appropriate remove the content and notify the poster, who may submit a counter-notice.

Repeat infringers

We suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
