This policy protects our community and our systems. It applies to everyone who uses NRINest. Breaching it can lead to content removal, suspension, a permanent ban, and — for unlawful conduct — reporting to the authorities.
1. Community & social protections
- No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or discrimination on any protected ground.
- No scams, fraud, deceptive listings, fake reviews, pyramid/ponzi schemes or misleading claims.
- No impersonation of a person, business or NRINest, and no misrepresenting your affiliation.
- No spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or manipulation of feeds, ratings or search.
- No sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, or content that endangers others. Protect others’ privacy — don’t post personal data without consent.
2. Prohibited & illegal content
Do not post or trade anything illegal or restricted (e.g. weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, regulated financial or medical products) or content that infringes intellectual property, defames, or breaks any applicable law.
3. No scraping or automated harvesting
You must not scrape, crawl, spider, harvest, cache or systematically extract data, listings, images or member information from the Platform, whether manually or with bots, scripts or automated tools, except with our prior written permission or via an interface we provide for that purpose. You must not circumvent rate limits, robots directives, access controls or anti-bot measures.
4. AI, models & automated use
You must not use Platform content or data to train, fine-tune, evaluate or ground AI/ML models, or to build a competing or derivative dataset or service, without our prior written permission. You must not use bots or automation to create accounts, post content, generate fake engagement, or interact with the Platform at scale. Where AI-assisted tools are permitted, output remains your responsibility and must comply with this policy.
5. Cyber-security
- No unauthorised access, penetration, probing or load-testing of our systems, accounts or data.
- No malware, viruses, injection, credential stuffing, or attempts to disrupt, degrade or overload the Platform (including DoS/DDoS).
- No reverse-engineering, decompiling or circumventing security, licensing or technical protections, except where the law expressly permits.
- Responsible disclosure: if you find a vulnerability, report it privately to us and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing. Do not access or alter data that isn’t yours.
6. Fair use of the Platform
Use the Platform for its intended purpose. Don’t interfere with others’ use, resell access, or misuse features (e.g. inflating views, abusing refunds, evading bans with new accounts).
7. Enforcement & reporting
We may investigate, remove content, limit features, suspend or ban accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement. Report abuse or security issues to us — see the contact page. Decisions aim to be proportionate; serious threats to safety or security may be actioned immediately.
